Faculty

 

Alan Heckman, MSPAS, PA-C, NRP, NCEE, PHPE

Mr. Heckman is a board certified physician assistant and a nationally accredited paramedic and EMS educator; with twenty years of experience in healthcare, specializing in Emergency Medical Services, Emergency Medicine, and Cardiothoracic Surgery / Critical Care. In addition to being the owner of EMS Education Solutions, LLC, he is an Assistant Professor at DeSales University and has served as Course Director for their Behavioral Medicine course.

 

Jason Tartalone, NRP, WEMT-P, TP-C

Mr. Tartalone is a 12 year veteran of the U.S. Army and has spent considerable time in Afghanistan serving as a senior medic for a scout and infantry company where he earned his Combat Medical Badge. Mr. Tartalone is a nationally registered Paramedic and has been active in EMS for 14 years as an EMS practitioner and educator. He is now a current NAEMT Affiliate for AMLS, PHTLS, TECC & TCCC. He is also our lead NASAR Instructor and Evaluator.
